Just listened to this David. I love the nickname of the DJ- ‘Duckstep.’
It was like listening to an historical broadcast, something recorded in the late 1950s; or when you watch a film set in those days, and this is the music played on the car radios, and in the cafes. I mean all this in a good way, as Chris gets that authentic feel spot on. The songs all sound good. Though I prefer the slower one, I am sure die-hard fans of the genre will pick up on this new CD.
I hope it gets more promotion, and Chris does well. Please feel free to let him know my comments.
