Max attack…
My uncle’s a joker named Max.
He made a tin box that attacks!
“Go on! Crank the toy!
It’s musical joy!”
His jack-in-the-box shoots out jacks!

We used to play jacks, with a tiny rubber ball. Nice nostalgic limerick, David, and the double-meaning was appreciated.
Best wishes, Pete.

I fear young children don’t play such games anymore. By the way, I used Gimp 2 to color, modify, and distort a stock image of two jacks. Glad you enjoyed the nostalgia, Pete.

Eddy, I think you can still buy them. But I don’t think many children play jacks anymore.
