Said Paul, “That’s a stupid idea!”
“Oh, really?” scoffed Sister Maria.

Not connected, but there was a WW2 aircraft called a Boulton-Paul Defiant. I used to have a kit model of one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boulton_Paul_Defiant
